First purchase abroad

There are two ways to resolving tasks in FEA: do everything individually or to outsource to professionals.

1)  with the first option the client company becomes a participant of FEA and concludes with SO Logistics a contract of freight forwarding services. In case, SO Logistics, as a freight forwarder, renders transportation services, customs clearance, insurance, certification, etc. to the client, and the client enters into a trade contract independently and fulfills its liabilities under this contract. 
In this case the scheme of financial and trade flows is as follows:

 
2) second option provides for the fact that having directed an application to SO Logistics, specifying the contacts of the supplier and the appellation of the good, the client receives customs cleared goods in its warehouse. To implement the given scheme, Client and SO Logistics enter into a contract of delivery. With a constant consignment flow and significant volumes (fully loaded trucks and containers) scheme of foreign trade transaction is as follows:

With the sending of the collective consignments, as well as irregular and one off deliveries, it is advisable to use the scheme with the use of our German company-purchaser SOLE.  This scheme will also suite the clients, that have a large number of suppliers and for suppliers, that do not wish to be encumbered by foreign trade contracts.
